Left leg, bane of my existence in regards to running, but thanks to strength training that is starting to change. Pretty sure when I lose about 10 more pounds and built up my leg muscles a little more, I will be able to run for more than half a mile and I do mean run, not jog.
This summer I hope to be able to run for two miles straight, by my birthday I want to be able to run 3 miles (up hill), Mt Currahee to be exact.
