After I sprained my ankle during the Spartan Race back in 3/11, it took me at least 6 weeks before I could do anything of use with it. I couldn’t run, I couldn’t swim (I wasn’t doing much arm stroke at that point so sculling wasn’t a thing I knew about yet) and I wasn’t lifting weights at the gym yet, so I just felt like I got fat for 6 weeks.
I feel for ya. Have you seen a masseuse? I recommend Mario over at Advanced Therapy Massage, he has done wonders for my ankle which was getting aggravated have heaving running in bad shoes.
