I was asked this tonight and had to ask for clarification.

1) Just one place? 

As, my answer if it was no, more than one place, would be pretty much what I have going on this summer. Up north in the summer, down in Austin in the winter, snow birding it!

2) We just talking about me, or me and Gina?

I was informed that we are a team, so it would be me and Gina. I told the gentleman asking me, that I needed to know, because if it was just me, I would love to live in Manhattan. I love that town. Most time I have ever spent there was like 5 days, but I feel that if not for the $$$ I would be able to make it there.

So my answer, for where Gina and I would live if we could live anywhere, was (drum roll)…

San Francisco.

We spent a weekend there a few years back and loved it, both feeling that if not for the cost we would love to live there. I am sure that at some point I could find myself a decent paying gig out west. But that is another timezone difference between Gina and her family and an extra couple of thousand of miles, so driving home is not even remotely an option. 

But I think if we could live anywhere, that is where it would be. I am almost certain she would say Michigan. (As long as it is not Lansing, I would think about it.)
